Eriq “EQ” Hardiman-Rhone approaches his work as an editor and producer with a constant desire to learn — recognizing that curiosity is what creates connection between community and creative systems. When both are understood, they can better serve culture. Based in Dallas, TX, his work is rooted in lived experience and a belief that storytelling should feel as real as the people it represents.

Throughout his career, Eriq has often heard that he operates within a market overlooked in larger cultural conversations. Rather than accept that framing, he’s made it his intention to shift the narrative through his work. Moving between agency environments, editorial spaces, and brand-side production, he’s developed a practice that balances structure with intuition — shaped by collaboration and proximity to the culture itself. This mindset ultimately led to the inception of his entrepreneurial work and the creation of SZNs CHNGE.
